Raw Material Inspection

Manufacturers must select and use materials that are suitable for the intended use. Upon receipt, the material shall be inspected by the manufacturer for compliance with the material specification requirements of the Code. The quality control unit must check that only code acceptable materials are used at the start of construction. Therefore, after reviewing the documentation of raw materials, if necessary, chemical and mechanical tests are carried out, and if necessary, corrosion tests are carried out.

Non-destructive tests are used to prevent interference in the performance or to cause any damage to the part, the possibility of evaluating the properties of the material, part or a system. Therefore, regarding how to choose the right method, taking into account the limitations and capabilities of each method along with the relevant standards, common methods such as radiography, ultrasonic, magnetic particles, penetrant liquid or advanced methods such as TOFT/PAUT will be used.

Third party auditor

Considering that achieving superior quality and reliable measurements is a priority, therefore, performing the calibration process in equipment and tools becomes particularly important. In this regard, this company regularly calibrates tools and equipment.

All construction stages are monitored by the quality control unit in the three stages before, during and after construction, and it prevents any discrepancies..

Measuring Tools

The quality control unit uses precise measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, color control tools... for validation.
